1. Product

We assure you that all goods sold from this site are brand new and are checked before sending them out.

The colour of the actual product may differ slightly from what you have seen here at our webpage. Regardless, we will show as accurately as possible the actual colours of our product on our webpage.

Sizes given (ie: UK4-8) are of best fitting size. You may inquire within for the exact pit to pit (laid flat) measurements if you're unsure.

2. Purchase and Orders

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

All orders are confirmed once the order form is submitted.

We will then send you the confirmation for your orders along with the banking details via email.

Reply via SMS will be made too as reminders (this is as the email might have landed in your junk/spam folder).

Products sold are strongly on first come first serve basis and are subjected to availability. Reserved items will only be on hold for 48 hours.

Advantage will be given to the ones with quick/immediate payments. Again, it's the first come first serve basis!

Should there be cases where item runs out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and do a refund for the item if you have made payment for it.

Please note that only serious buyers are entertained. MIA or last minute back-out buyers will be blacklisted without further notice.

All sold items are NOT refundable, exchanged or returned.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the delivery of your purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is made to our Maybank or Public Bank account.

Please note that payment has to be made within 24 hours after we have confirmed your orders. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customer.

All ordered items will only be delivered once full payment has been received.

It's best to inform us once you've made payment to avoid any possible confusion.

Oh, right! Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any.
